The products sold in Wire Wheels Club Store are considered “Digital Products”.

Due to European Union law, a digital product is non-returnable once the order is confirmed and the product download executed.
If you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products, please contact us for assistance.

Our models are rigorously tested before being published and meet very high quality standards. However, there may be discrepancies in the way each software treats the models, which will depend on various factors such as the nature of the software itself, user configuration, operating system, hardware, drivers…

Wire Wheels Club Store will not be responsible for any problems caused by these discrepancies, and in no case will they be a reason for a refund. But anyway, we will be happy to try to solve any problems you encounter in using the model when possible.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is a right that grants the consumer the power to cancel a contract concluded remotely within a period of 14 calendar days and without the need to allege any cause for doing so. However, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to the supply of digital content that is not provided on a material medium when the execution has begun and, if the contract imposes a payment obligation on the consumer or user, when the following conditions are met:

  1. The consumer or user has given prior consent to start the execution during the period of the right of withdrawal.
  2. The consumer or user has expressed their knowledge that, consequently, they lose their right of withdrawal.
  3. The supplier has provided a confirmation in accordance with article 98.7 or article 99.2.

The products sold in Wire Wheels Club Store are considered digital content without material support, so the right of withdrawal will be CANCELED at the moment in which the user, having read and accepted the “Terms and Conditions of Use”, and having access to the download links, STARTS said download, even if it has not been completed.
The right of withdrawal is not applicable in the event of technical problems during the purchase process.

All payments done at Wire Wheels Club Store have a 10% surcharge applied as a “Payment Processing Fee”. This surcharge is included in the price and is borne by Luis Lara Osorio during the purchase process, so the Customer doesn’t have to worry about it.

However, surcharges derived from payment processes are NOT covered by the Right of Withdrawal, and will always be borne by the Buyer during the refund process. This means that, if the Buyer meets the necessary conditions to request a refund under the Right of Withdrawal, the Buyer will receive the total amount of said order (tax included) MINUS 10% of the total amount of said order as “Payment Processing Fee”.
