Account Management

You can access your account dashboard by clicking on the avatar icon in the upper right corner or on the “My account” tab. From the dashboard you can access your orders, invoices, addresses or change your password.

Orders

Here you can check your current and completed orders, as well as pay for the products you have in your cart, or cancel it.

Downloads

The models you purchase are downloaded from here, and you can see the different models you have access to and the remaining downloads. When the order is completed and payment is accepted, a download link is sent in your confirmation email, but you may need to be logged in to download the file.

Please note that each model can be downloaded a maximum of 3 times and that each download attempt will count as valid even if it is not completed. If you have problems downloading or use all attempts available, please contact us for help.

Address

Here you can view and edit your billing address. It is important that this information is true and accurate so that we can provide you with support if you need it.

Payment methods

Add, edit or delete the payment methods you have stored. The data added here will be saved and encrypted directly on the servers of the payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal) and we will not have any access to them.

Account details

Here you can edit your personal data, email, password or the public name that will be displayed in the blog comments or reviews. We recommend using a strong password to prevent anyone from accessing it and using it on your behalf.
